Admission & Withdrawal
Admissions are given by the Principal in accordance with the admission policy of the institution.

An entrance Test may be conducted at the discretion of the school authorities to ensure the academic standard of the pupil seeking admission.

Applications for admission may be collected from the school office after the announcement of specific dates for the distribution of forms. Each application must be accompanied by attested copies of:

a.  The mark sheet of the last examination passed.
d.  A recent passport size photograph of the student.
c.  Birth certificate
d.  Baptism certificate (for Catholics only)

All the applications will be processed in the order of merit and/or entrance test and interview. Students passing out from the St. Anthony’s Junior School at class V level are given direct admission.

For withdrawal of students, the parents may apply for a Transfer Certificate in the application form available in the school office. An appropriate search fee will be charged for the Transfer Certificate. All supplementary certificates like Age Certificates, Character Certificates, etc. are issued subject to nominal fee. These certificates can be collected from the school office after two working days if the submission of the application and on payment of prescribed fee.

Any pupil failing two successive years in the same class or failing once in the SSLC/HSSLC examination may discontinue his studies in the school

Fees are to be paid as per the details and instructions in the Fee book provided.

A new comer will have to pay the admission fee besides the normal fees.

Fees can be paid at Vijaya Bank, Laitumkhrah Branch.

Pupils whose dues are not completely cleared will be debarred from sitting in the examinations.

Fees once paid are not refundable.

School fees and other dues are liable to be revised periodically.

In the event of the withdrawal of a pupil during the course of the year, all fees must be cleared for the academic year, prior to the application for the Transfer Certificate.
